We welcome all services users  to Royal Rahi Holidays and would like to make aware about our Terms and Conditions of Use. By using this website it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions. This user Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the User and royalrahi.com with regard to the use of various services that are provided on website online or any other mode of services. 

1. Prohibition Against Unlawful Use 
Users may not use royalrahi.com  for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these conditions of use. The terms and conditions herein shall apply equally to both the singular and plural form of the terms defined. You(The User) shall not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you copy from this Site, including but not limited to any text, images, audio and video for any business, commercial or public purpose.   

2. Disclaimer/Limitation on Liability 
2.1  The information contained or provided in this website is meant solely for information purposes and should not be relied upon for any other use whatsoever. Royal Rahi Holidays or RoyalRahi.com has endeavored to ensure that all the information provided by it is correct, but RoyalRahi.com  or Royal Rahi makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any data or information.  

2.2  Royal Rahi Holidays or its website called royalrahi.com  acts as a business associate for local and international services providers such as Airlines, Hotels, Cruises, Transporters, or any product/service provider and makes every effort to ensure that all the arrangements and services connected will be carried out as specified and/or in the most efficient and effective way possible but accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity. 

2.3  Neither Royal Rahi Holidays (royalrahi.com) nor the participating suppliers/hotels/airlines will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes/riots, road block, etc. Under no circumstances should we be held responsible for such unforeseen conditions. 

2.4 Royal Rahi Holidays or its website called royalrahi.com, reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use without notice. Any changes or modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. Therefore, we advise you to frequently review these Terms of Use. 

2.5  The Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to any Service .The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider. 

2.6  Royal Rahi Holidays, or its website called royalrahi.com, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or cancel the trip in case of breach of this agreement or unable to verify/authenticate any information provided by the user. 

2.7  The Website may contain links to other websites. The Linked Sites are not under the control of RoyalRahi.com and IndianHoneymoonPackages.com are not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site. 

3. Refund/Cancellation/Amendment  
3.1  Cancellation and/ or amendment of any reservation shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/payments in accordance with such relevant cancellation/refund policy.
 
3.2  Processing times for refunds may vary based on the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. 

3.3  In regard to refund of unused /unutilized services the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy and the money would be refunded to the person who has made the payment to Royal Rahi Holidays or royalrahi.com. Please note that the refund process may take 1-3 weeks based on the policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. 

4. Travel Documents (Passport, Visa, Vaccinations) And Inclusions
The responsibility to obtain proper & valid travel documents such as passports, visas, vaccinations, inoculations, and sufficient funds, etc, where and as required, is that of the user alone. Royal Rahi Holidays or royalrahi.com not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure such requirements.  

5. Governing Law 
This user agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising in relation hereto shall be subject to related to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
